Client Responsibilities

It is important to remember that all advice is provided as general guidance. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on this guidance, and Acorn Avenue is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of advice provided.
Confidentiality & Privacy

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Acorn Avenue has a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may incur a fee unless a valid reason is provided, in which case we may accept cancellations within 24 hours. For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, a fee may apply. If you would like to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternate time. Refunds or rescheduling options may be provided under specific circumstances, but please review these terms before booking.
Payment Policy
At Acorn Avenue, we aim to provide a smooth and secure payment experience. Payments are processed through Kajabi Payments, ensuring a seamless checkout and secure transactions.

Payment Due Date: Payment is required prior to each session or, if you have selected a package, in full upfront before the first session. This policy ensures that we can reserve your time slot and deliver the best possible service for your career journey.

Accepted Payment Methods: Through our Kajabi Payments-powered Checkout page, you may enter your credit card information directly or select from other available payment methods that we have enabled for your convenience. Kajabi Payments processes all payments securely and collects them into our connected bank account. Transactions incur a small fee, comparable to major payment providers. Read more about that here.

Availability of Kajabi Payments: Kajabi Payments is available to customers whose businesses are based in the US, Australia, and Canada, ensuring a safe and accessible payment solution for Acorn Avenue clients in these regions.

Late Payment Fees: Payments are expected by the due date specified at booking. In cases where payment is not received on time, a late fee may be applied to your balance, and sessions may be rescheduled or postponed until full payment has been received.

Liability Limitation
Acorn Avenue is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may arise from the use of our services. You agree not to hold Acorn Avenue, or any of its team members, responsible for outcomes resulting from any actions you take based on our advice.
Affiliate Disclaimer
